DEALER INSTRUCTIONS: This is a Polaris OEM coupon. For reimbursement, access your Polaris dealer website, then go to "Dealer Management" on the blue toolbar and click on "Coupon Redemption" to log in and submit the claim. Scan the coupon along with the original sales invoice showing that the rebate was applied at the time of purchase, including all applicable part numbers and product descriptions. The dealer must check the box for the rebate applied and highlight the corresponding items on the original sales invoice. All reimbursement claims must be submitted no later than OCTOBER 15, 2026. Incomplete reimbursement claims will not be credited, and the credit amount will not exceed the amount offered to the customer. For each reimbursement claim, the dealer's parts account will be credited.
